Peter Koenen’s impressive private collection contains more than 10,000 different (and rare) metal chocolate moulds from all over the world; it’s a journey that will take you back more than two hundred years. This collection is not only the largest collection of chocolate moulds in the world, it is simply one of a kind and includes antique softening and tempering machines as well as chocolate moulds, tins and advertising signs.
